We extrude plastic products in a wide range of sizes and shapes, with our specialization lying in working with recycled plastic materials. In addition, coextrusion and triextrusion can also be performed for products with multiple layers. Our experienced staff can quickly evaluate your fabrication requirements and extrude your custom plastic products. Extrusion services for both prototype as well as large volume production runs are handled with precision.

Plastic Pipe, Tube & Profile Products

We extrude custom pipes, tubes, as well as profile products suitable for use in the automotive, marine, construction, and electrical industries. PVC, ABS, as well as high impact polystyrene are some materials used to fabricate your pipes and tubes, plus we specialize in working with recycled plastic materials as well. We also offer weatherable plastic products that are ideal for use in outdoor environments. In addition, we can produce coextruded pipes and tubes for profile products made from more than one material. An inventory of over 1,700 dies allows us to provide quick turnaround on your pipe and tube extrusion needs. Cutting, routing, punching, and drilling are also offered for plastic extruded products.

Plastic Recycling and Resource Recovery

Our 50,000 square foot extrusion facility is equipped with cutting, shredding, grinding, pulverizing, and pelletizing capabilities for recycling used plastic products. We recover and restore the properties of waste plastics and our capabilities extend to utilizing the recycled plastic for producing your custom plastic products. If required, we can also work with your own waste plastic material, recycle it, and use it for producing your components. Our recycled plastic products are particularly ideal for the construction industry, for use in LEED-certified buildings.

Meridian Precision offers custom plastic fabrication, packaging, plus assembly services for all types of lawn care, construction, and sports applications. We fabricate parts from ABS, polycarbonate, PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, and other types of plastics, including recycled plastics as well.

Extrusion Tooling #1

Tooling & Machining Services

With modern CAD/CAM equipment, Meridian Precision produces extrusion tooling for use in extruders. EDM as well as 2 and 3-axis milling machines facilitate custom tooling plus offline part modification to exact customer specifications. Our EDM machines generate accurate, intricate shaped dies for stamping, extrusion, and die cutting. AutoCAD software is used for both tooling and part designing.

Our engineering services cover the entire spectrum of product development, from concept to completion. Extensive CAD capabilities allow us to design products from rough sketches as well as fine tune existing product designs.
