Our engineering services cover the entire spectrum of product development, from concept to completion. Extensive CAD capabilities allow us to design products from rough sketches as well as fine tune existing product designs. In the initial stages, experienced engineers will assist you in selecting the best material, including recycled plastics, and extrusion method to suit your application. Furthermore, these services are supported by our management team, who have over one hundred years of combined experience in the extrusion industry.
We perform a number of testing procedures, and this combined with our design services can satisfy all your requirements for a cost-effective plastic product. Engineering services are also provided for package designs as well. Another unique feature of our facility is our large selection of equipment that is offered for process developmental and testing of your extruded plastic products.
Design and fabrication of the tooling required for extrusion is handled on our CNC milling and wire EDM equipment. We also have a stock of over 1,700 dies that can be used or modified to suit your product specifications.
